Stack Stampede Tips: Build Tall, Merge Smart, Sabotage Late

Stack Stampede is a stacking race, not a speed contest. The clock gives you two and a half minutes, but every drop needs a plan. Move the hovering piece with the mouse, arrow keys, a finger or a gamepad; turn it with a right-click, the up arrow or the turn button. Before you release, look for a flat seat.
Wide pieces work best as foundations. Turn a cow onto its feet or a bridge onto its pillars to create a stable base. Merging two matching pieces makes the next piece bigger and heavier, so it can strengthen a tower or wreck it. A ferry near the top of a wobbly stack is risky, even if the merge looks tempting.
Combos reward quick decisions: merge again within three seconds to build x2, x3 and x4. Those send wind, slippery pieces or a giant balloon to the rival who is ahead. Use sabotage when a rival is close to the top, not just because you can.
Give the tower a moment to settle before the next drop, especially in wind. A quick match against bots is a good place to practice; the daily tower uses the same piece order for everyone and shares a spoiler-free result grid. For friends, open a private room with a code and link, no sign-up, and use built-in voice chat. When a tower falls, the slow-motion replay is ready to save and share.
