Moon Mop Co. Beginner Tips: Clean, Sell and Survive Your First Shift

Moon Mop Co. starts everyone with a toothbrush, so your first shift is less about heroics and more about steady cleaning. Hold the left mouse button, F, the CLEAN button or the right trigger and walk over grey dust to scrub it into your bag.
Craters hold the most dust, but the toothbrush belongs on flat ground. Send bigger vacuums toward craters once your crew has upgraded. When your bag fills, head to the depot in the middle of the patch and sell. A full bag slows you down, and a hard landing with a heavy load spills half of it, so sell before the bag is completely full.
Low gravity is a tool and a hazard: an empty bag lets you float through long jumps, while a full one weighs you down. Watch your landings.
Every shift lasts five minutes and ends with payday. Meet the crew quota for a bonus, and keep an eye out for meteor warnings. If a zone is about to be hit, clean elsewhere until the shower passes, then sweep up the fresh dust.
Spend coins on better tools and upgrades, from a mop to a two-seat sweeper buggy and a three-person crater sucker. Decide together how much of each sale goes into the shared company safe. Play solo with bot coworkers or invite up to 14 friends with a link; built-in voice chat helps coordinate sales and rescues.
